Right to Refuse: Kahunas.io reserves the right to decline or remove affiliates at any time based on performance or reputation.
2. Affiliate Obligations
Promotion Guidelines: Use only approved materials. All posts must align with our branding and comply with advertising standards.
Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and disclose affiliate status in promotions.
Prohibited Activities: No spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of trademarks. Promoting competitor products is strictly forbidden.
Content Standards: Affiliates must maintain high content quality and refrain from offensive or controversial content.
3. Commission Structure and Payment Terms
Tiered Commission:
35% commission for standard affiliates.
VIP affiliates: Earn up to 50% based on subscriber milestones.
VIP Tiers:
100 subscribers: 45% commission
500+ subscribers: 50% commission
Payment: Monthly payouts via bank transfer or PayPal.
Minimum Payout Threshold: €50 before payment is issued.
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Refunds & Chargebacks: Adjustments will be made to commissions for refunds or disputes.
4. Tracking & Reporting
Affiliate Links: Unique tracking links and codes will be provided.
Dashboard Access: Affiliates can monitor performance and commissions via the affiliate portal.
5. Content License & Usage Rights
Kahunas.io reserves the right to use affiliate-generated content (posts, videos, blogs) in marketing efforts, including ads and social media.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliates must not share proprietary information such as commission structures or marketing strategies.
7. Training & Resources
Demo Access: Affiliates receive demo accounts to showcase the app.
VIP Perks: VIP affiliates gain access to regular app training calls and exclusive content.
8. Termination Policy
Affiliate Trial Status: A 90-day probation period applies. If fewer than 10 subscribers are referred, the affiliate will be removed.
Termination: Kahunas.io reserves the right to terminate affiliates based on performance, affiliate reputation or brand misalignment.
9. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees. They cannot make commitments on behalf of Kahunas.io.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Affiliates must indemnify Kahunas.io from any claims arising from their promotional efforts or misuse of materials.
11. Modification of Terms
Kahunas.io may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. Performance Reviews
Affiliates’ performance will be reviewed quarterly. Underperforming affiliates will be removed from the program if targets are not met.
Terms and Conditions for Reward Program:
Introduction 1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Reward Program ("Program") offered by Kahunas FZC ("Company," "we," or "us") through the Rewardful platform ("Platform"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2. The Program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can enter into legally binding contracts.
Program Overview
2.1. The Program allows you to earn a commission of $49 per sale when a referred member is active for longer than 60 days.
2.2. To participate in the Program, you must sign up for an affiliate account through the Platform.
2.3. After signing up, you will receive a unique referral link ("Link") to share with your friends and followers.
2.4. You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through your Link.
2.5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice to you.
Eligibility and Restrictions
3.1. You must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You must not use any deceptive or unethical marketing practices to promote the Program, including link cloaking, misleading advertising, or competing against our company name.
3.3. You must not promote the Program on websites or platforms that contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
3.4. You must not use spam or unsolicited email to promote the Program.
3.5. You may not earn commissions on your own purchases or purchases made by your immediate family members or employees.
3.6. Affiliates are prohibited from using paid search marketing or any type of paid advertising to promote the Program or send traffic to their referral link.
Commission Payment
4.1. Commission payments will be made through the Platform.
4.2. Commissions will only be paid for qualifying sales that are completed through your Link.
4.3. Commission payments will be made within 60 days of the end of each calendar month in which commissions are earned.
4.4. We reserve the right to withhold commission payments for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
4.5. You are responsible for any taxes associated with commission payments.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
5.1. We make no representations or warranties about the Program, including the accuracy or completeness of information provided to you through the Platform.
5.2. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.3. Our maximum liability under these Terms will not exceed the total commission payments made to you under the Program.
Termination
6.1. We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
6.2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using your Link and any other materials associated with the Program.
Miscellaneous
7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
7.2. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
7.3. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
7.4. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 7.5. You agree that any breach of these Terms may cause us irreparable harm, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to our obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. 7.6. These Terms may not be assigned or transferred by you without our prior written consent. 7.7. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. 7.8. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. 7.9. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us. 7.10.
